Cancelation Policy
REFUND POLICY: We’re happy to offer some flexibility with our deposit policy! Before March 1 each year, you can receive a refund of your deposit minus a $100 cancelation fee per person. If needed, you can also transfer your deposit to the following year at the our current rate as advertised. After March 1, deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, but if we can rebook your reservation, we’ll gladly refund your deposit, minus the $100 per person cancelation fee. To safeguard against unexpected events that might affect your travel plans, we recommend considering travel insurance through Travel Guard. You can get a quote by calling 877-249-5376 or by visiting their website. Please remember, insurance should be purchased within 21 days of your initial deposit. Please note the UXU Ranch is not responsible for missed connections with outside vendors or airlines. Our clarity and your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your visit.
The UXU Ranch "Dog & Pet" Policy
We really love dogs (and pets) but do to the abundant wildlife in the area, and the consideration to our other guests, we cannot allow pets “except our ranch dogs”. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
Activity Waivers
The UXU Requires a waiver signed to participate in any activities associated with your stay at UXU Ranch.
Wyoming River Trips are a separate entity and may require additional waivers to partake in their activities. The UXU Ranch is not liable for any incidentals while participating in activities with Wyoming River Trips. VIEW WAIVER
Changes to Itinerary
At UXU Ranch, we aim to stick to our planned schedule and events outlined on the itinerary, however, there are circumstances outside of our control that may contribute to unforeseen changes to the itinerary, including but not limited to, inclement weather, wildfires, flooding, vendor closures, etc.
