We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Wranglers

Our wranglers are the heart of the guest ranch experience, responsible for guiding trail rides, caring for our horses, and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. If you have strong horsemanship skills, a love of the outdoors, and a dedication to exceptional customer service, we want you on our team! Certified wranglers are preferred, but training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Bartenders

Work in the renowned Bad Bear Bar Saloon & Grill, serving up craft beers, fine wines, and specialty cocktails to our guests. Bartenders should have a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to create a welcoming environment. Experience in bartending or mixology is a plus, but a passion for excellent service is a must.

Servers

As a server in our Main Lodge restaurant, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We’re looking for individuals who are attentive, personable, and dedicated to providing top-notch service. Prior experience in food service is preferred but not required.

Housekeepers

Our housekeepers ensure that the ranch’s accommodations and common areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in creating a welcoming and pristine environment for guests.
