This is a fully renovated cabin with tongue and groove pine is just right for a family with both larger and smaller children. The Butch Cassidy has three bedrooms with queen beds in two of the rooms and a cute set of bunk beds in the other. The highlight of the Cassidy is the wood burning stove in the Master bedroom. This is the only cabin that has a deck that is covered, providing the perfect sitting area to overlook the horse pasture and corrals.
The cabin is named in homage for Butch Cassidy, the notorious American train and bank robber who acted as leader of the Wild Bunch Gang of the Old American West.
One of Butch's favorite hideouts when running from the law was the Hole in the Wall, a natural geological formation which allowed outlaws the comfort of protection and cover, found just outside of current town of Kaycee, Wyoming. One of the cabins the gang used in Hole in the Wall has been relocated to current day Old Trail Town in Cody, Wyoming.
